SMITH, Deborah Ann, age 48 of Nashville, TN passed away suddenly on December 1, 2010. She is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Ann Satterfield. Survived by her father, William Edward Satterfield; sister, Tammy (Mark) James; daughter, Chastity Tipton; 3 grandchildren, Evin, John and Patrick. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, December 8, at 1:00 PM with visitation Tuesday from 2:00 – 8:00 pm, and on Wednesday from 10:00 until time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
