Survivors wife Jennifer Honeycutt Birdwell, son Michael Birdwell, daughter Meghan Birdwell, mother Renate Munz of Germany, sister Diane Oerkue of Germany, mother-in-law Mary Honeycutt, brother-in-law James (Dawn) Honeycutt as well as many special aunts and uncles. And a stepmother Toni Birdwell and stepbrother Clayton Allmon of St. James City, Florida. Give special thanks to Dr. Steven Mann, Skyline Medical Center.
