Doris C. Osborne

Doris C. Osborne, age 67, of Pleasant View, Tennessee passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Doris was born Wednesday, May 29, 1957 in Marion, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lula Simpson and Willie D. Edens, Sr.; husband, Charles H. Osborne; brothers, Willie Edens, Jr. and Johnny Wayne Edens.

A seamstress who enjoyed the beach, socializing and shopping; she is survived by her daughters, Rachel (Brian) Chapman, Crystal (Joey) Shearon; siblings, Janice (Louie) Woods, Pamela (Michael) Barrow, James (Heather) Edens, Sr.; grandchildren, Thomas, Caitlin, Braden, Isabella, Jase and Easton.

Family and friends will gather to remember Doris at a visitation Doris Monday, September 23, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 and Tuesday, September 24, from 12:00 to 2:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

A celebration of life will be conducted Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 2:00 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 S. Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Garden of Meditation. Serving as pallbearers will be Joey, Brian, Thomas, Braden, Jase and Jeremy.
