Dorothy Webb

She was born Thursday, May 23, 1940 in Cheatham County, TN to the late John Earl and Luella Groves Highes.

Mammie is survived by daughters Debbie (Billy) Hood, Connie Allison and Kay (J.R.) Rowe and son Sam (Kerry) Webb. Grandchildren: Bill (Courtney) Hood, Jeremy (Brittany) Hood, April (Matt) Bibb, Rebecca (Stephen) Glenn, Misty Eide, Jimmy (Sabrina) Rowe Jr., Kacie Webb, Sam (Hannah) Webb Jr. and Josh and Christy Webb. Great-grandchildren Logan, Lawson and Kadie Wayne Hood, Courtney Allison, Christopher, Elizabeth, Bryson and Ethan Bibb, Maci and Madilyn Glenn; sisters in laws; Betty Lou Matthews, Ovie Mai (George) Desheles, Joyce Webb, Louise Stewart, brother in law, Ray Webb and a host of nieces, nephews and foster children.

Mammie was known for being loving, caring and doing for others. She was direct and straightforward and all knew what she was thinking. She also loved to sew and quilt and will be missed by those who knew her.

Visitation will be Friday 12-8 PM and Saturday 10 AM until services at 2 PM in the Forest Lawn Chapel with Bro. Ray Frizzell Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Bill and Jeremy Hood, D.J. Webb, Randy and Roger Desheles, Kevin Matthews, Matt Bibb and Stephen Glenn.
