Edna Ruth Toon

TOON, Ruth Baker - Age 75 of Madison. Passed away on November 28, 2010. She leaves to cherish her memory; devoted children, Buddie (Pam) Toon, Joaquin (Sha) Toon and Misty (Marc) Little; brother, Hillary (Butch) Baker; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; close friends, Shirley Crick, Myra Knott, Rebecca Taul and Paula Weaver. She served as the Chairperson and Editor of the "Insider" newsletter for the Wayne Newton Fanclub. Funeral service will be held 12 noon, Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Forest Lawn Chapel with Pastor Rick Roberts officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Those to serve as Active Pallbearers will be Grandsons, Jeremy Toon, Toby Toon, Spencer Toon, Joshua Toon; and Nephews, Shane Baker and Mike Baker. Honorary Pallbearers will consist of Granddaughters, Tiffany Smith, Danielle Winslow, Natalie Kitchens and Isabella Gray. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time 12 noon at Forest Lawn. The family would like to give a special thanks to the NHC staff for the love and dedicated attention given to Ruth through these last months she has shared her heart and home with them.
