Edward served in the US Army out of Fort Campbell from 1959 until 1965.
Preceded in death by wife, Joann Trunko; mother, Frances Matilda Scheiderer Trunko; father, Eugene Frank Trunko; brothers, Rawney, Chester and Bernard Trunko; sisters, Margarie Lindholm, Fran Dodd, Naomi Engle and Elaine Wilson.
He is survived by his son, Frank Trunko (Elaine); daughter, Tammie Tinch (Carl); grandsons, Jeremiah Orange, Dakota Tinch and Dallas Tinch; sisters, Bernette Johnson, Carmen Wilkerson and Joyce Mueller (Carl); step-son, Chris Swilley.
A visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home November 17, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Military Burial will take place at a later date.
