Era Lee Romines

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara J. Romines; parents, Othel Floyd and Ruby (Steele) Hale; sister, Ann Burkhardt; brother, James Hale.

She and her husband, Louis were part of a bowling league, of which they thoroughly enjoyed. She was a great cook and her speciality was chocolate pie. A lot of things brought Era Lee joy, including animals, sewing, planting flowers, and gardening. She loved the Lord and was a member of Center Point General Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-six years, Louis Romines; son, Michael Romines, and wife, Sherry; grandson, Dustin Romines; sister, Wilma Jean "Mickey" Weatherspoon; brothers, Floyd Hale, Jr., Terry Lloyd Hale, and Robert Wayne Hale. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends for Era will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A gathering of family and friends will also be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life service will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
