She was preceded in death by her father, John Spann and mother, Bessie Spann, husbands Leo T Ladd and William Curtis, brothers Frank Spann and Sobin Spann,Sister and son Frankie Ladd.
She is survived by her children, Gerald (Jerry) Ladd, Gayle Jernigan, Shannon Ladd, Clara (Tinker) Curtis Eaves, and William (Willie) Curtis . She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kerry, Shelley,Valerie, Jessica, Jenny , Carry Allen, Maxwell, Savannah, Maddy Rose and Tyler. She had 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Family will receive friends Thursday, April 9, 2015, 4-8pm at Eastland Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11am with visitation 1hr prior. A private gravesite family service will follow.
