

He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, He served his country for four years in the Navy and lived a life devoted to faith, family, and hard work.
Frank was a devoted Christian who found joy in studying the Bible. He enjoyed putting together model planes and collecting trains. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, and the deep love he had for his family and friends. Those who knew him will remember his steady presence, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to those he cherished.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Virginia Kaylor; His first wife Sandra C. Kaylor, granddaughter Brianna Paige Hall and stepson Samuel David Parrish Jr.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., with burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
