GREENE, Franklin L., age 84 departed this earthly life on February 21, 2011. A native of New York for 81 years he drove truck and was a member of the Teamsters Union. In 1969 he bought Napoleon taxi, and drove cab until he was 81. In 2007 he moved to Tennessee to be with his children. Those left to cherish his memory are 4 daughters, Sandra (David), Sherry (Bill), Sheila (Ralph), Susan; 3 sons, Franklin Jeffery (Pam), Mike and Chad (Katie); several grand and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by five sisters, and survived by two brothers, Merton and Floyd. Graveside service will be Friday, February 25 at 3:00pm, with visitation one hour prior to service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers - donations may be made to Alive Hospice.
