Mr. Sherril is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ida Lou Moreland Sherrill; daughters, Abbygayle Gafford, Connie Sue Sherrill, Reba Sherrill; son, Alex Sherrill and his wife Wanda; sister, Inez Jones; brothers, Fred Lee Sherrill; Cecil Sherrill; grandchildren, Brenna Outlaw, Emily Outlaw, Alexander Sherrill, Andrew Sherrill, Megan Gafford and Kaitlynn Gafford.
Funereral services will be conducted Friday, April 25, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Pastor Jerry Rimer and Elder Gerald Fieldman will officate.Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mr. Sherrill at a visitation, Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 1:00 until 8:00 at Forest Lawn.
