Gladys was born December 1, 1941 in Flippin, Kentucky to Tommy H and Annie Marie Coulter.
The best description of Gladys would be active and creative. She was personally enriched by using her hands, whether it was her love of quilting or working in her yard. She loved to travel so she could see and interact with nature. Almost everyone she came in contact with owns a piece of her creativity—a rare, tangible memorial left with those she met throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Vincent Robertson, her parents, and three brothers: Jesse, Larry, and Melvin.
Gladys is survived by her three children: Rhonda Renee Oglesby in North Carolina, Sheila Marie Cioffa in Florida, and Robert Vincent Robertson in Tennessee.
Gladys was not a fan of flowers that fade so please send your tributes as a donation in her name to the American Cancer Society.
