Glenn David Latham, age 77, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022. Glenn was born Sunday, December 31, 1944 in Russellville, Kentucky to Ervin Brandon and Frances Catherine Johnson Latham.
A member of Grace Baptist Church and a retired US Navy Chief Petty Officer; Mr. Latham enjoyed golf, photography, painting (Oils and watercolor), a member of the Masons and Shriners. He is survived by his daughter, Glenda (Darren) Nixon; son, Thomas Erwain ( Patti) Latham; sisters, Nancy Bonine, Marian Latham and Deb (Mike) Lokey; grandchildren, Cameron Nixon, Austin David Latham, Nick (Danalynn) Rae, Amanda Rae; great-grandchildren, Hunter Rae, Conner Rae and Amelia Rae and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great-nieces.
A visitation for Glenn will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a 7:00 Masonic Service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and hour prior to the service Monday.
A celebration of life will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 from 11:00 AM at Grace Baptist Church, 1510 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37207 with Rev. David Harbison officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Navy Honors.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital 110 Conn Terrace Lexington, Kentucky 40508.
