Age 57 of Portland, TN passed away September 4, 2014
Preceded in death by his father, Harry P. Sheppard.
He is survived by his daughters, Veronica (Derick Moore) Sheppard and Katherine Sheppard; son, Jason Sheppard; mother, Veronica Sheppard; sisters, Morine Sheppard and Theresa (Raymond) Vanattan; brother, Michael Sheppard; grandchildren, Cadan and Donavan Breward and Ashton Sheppard; nieces, Shannon and Erin Vanattan.
Patrick was a wonderful and loving father, grandfather, son brother and a loyal friend. He enjoyed being a chef.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will take place 2 pm Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Eastland Funeral Home Chapel.
Gathering of friends and family will start at 1 pm.
