Cross Plains, TN
Age 86, passed away, April 14, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Laura Alsup. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Dorothy “Dot” Alsup; sister, Lillian Whitworth; sons, Jeff (Marsha) and Mike (Lisa); grandchildren, Chris (Kelli), Meredith, Brad (Emily), Michael (Rachel) Alsup, Laura (Phillip) Galbreath; 10 great grandchildren.
Howard was a member of Cross Plains United Methodist Church. He had a passion for teaching and coaching in Metro Nashville Public Schools. He was a member of the Blue Raider Hall of Fame at MTSU and NIL Coaches Hall of Fame.
Family will receive friends Thursday, April 16th, 2015, 4-8pm. Funeral Service will be Friday, 10am with visitation one hour prior.
