Jack Mead Fuqua of Hendersonville, TN, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017. Born Monday, April 3, 1939 in Nashville, he is preceded in death by his parents, Albert & Dorothy Fuqua, his in-laws, Clarence & Annie Bullman, his wife, Brenda Lorene Fuqua, and his brother James Fuqua.
He is survived by his daughter, Rene' Thompson (Hank); sons, Kevin Fuqua (Shannon), Kerry Fuqua, and Keith Fuqua; grandsons Daniel Thompson, Jacob Thompson, and Noah Fuqua.
A private burial will take place on May 23, 2017.
