Jack and his wife Lois resided and worked in Orange County, CA for 32 years. Jack was an avid outdoorsman, faithful member of the Madison Heights Baptist Church and devoted family man who was always willing to lend a helping hand. He passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 72 years and three children, son Jack Lassiter, Jr. (Karen), daughter Patricia Jones, and son Bill Lassiter (Sandy) of Watertown, MN. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Arthur Irvin; grandchildren Paul Lassiter (Elizabeth), Jonathan Lassiter (Michelle), Geoffrey Harper (Rhonda), Elizabeth Clemings (Chad), Jessica Lassiter and six great grandchildren. Jack is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Gladys Lassiter and grandson Eugene Johnson.
Visitation for Jack will be Friday, July 2, 2021 from 12 pm-2pm and service immediately following at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
