I met Jimmy just a few years ago when he came with his lovely wife to a group meeting of the Dream Makers. His face was smiling and at the same time full of compassion to see how what we did impacted so many children. There was no doubt this was a very caring man with a big heart. I enjoyed knowing him and listening to his many stories.

Jimmy, you will be missed by so many. I have so many great memories that included you and your family. It was only natural that Adam came to work for Jerry and I so that we always had an Edgen around when we needed a laugh. Debbie, Brandi, Regina and Adam, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. You were a great man who helped so many. I love telling my boys about all of the fun we had at Colliers and of all the laughter we shared. I know heaven welcomed you with open arms.
Love,
Jerry, Melody, Christian, Skylar and Caleb

Jimmy was truly one of a kind! A wonderful man, a true friend, and a trusted and loyal employee. We have so many precious memories of all the good times at A. B. Collier Wrecker Service, at the Christmas parties, and at the many tow shows. We shared laughter and tears and he was always there when he was needed. He will be sadly missed. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Debbie, Regina, Brandi, and Adam, we are lifting you up in our prayers. We pray God’s blessings and peace on you at this time of loss and sorrow. We love you.

More of a friend than my uncle. I always admired his dedication to the Masonic lodge. A Marine always. He and many like him inspired me to become a Marine as well as a Freemason. Thank you for your inspiration uncle Jimmy. God bless this family. SemperFi. So mote it be.

I will always remember Jimmy. He was a big memory for me growing up, since it seemed like he was always at the shop! (A.B. Collier Wrecker Service) I remember Christmas parties and truck shows with the family. Especially the zoo in New Orleans. I grew up with Brandy and Adam around a lot. Jimmy was a great man and he was like an uncle to me. He will be greatly missed. I love you Debbie, Brandy and Kracker (Adam). I pray for all of you in this time of sadness. Lean on the Lord. He will give you peace.
