Jeanette Baker Cobb, age 98, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021. Mrs. Cobb was born Wednesday, December 13, 1922 in Nashville, Tennessee and is preceded in death by her parents, Searcy and Bessie Allen Baker; husbands, Eugene Lallemand, Jr. and Tyrus Cobb; daughter, Sherrie Lallemand; two sisters and a brother.
A homemaker, Mrs. Cobb enjoyed cross-stitching from the time she woke up until the time she went to bed. She was so proud to be a grandmother and great-grandmother with each and every child holding a special place in her heart. She was a member of Madison Church of Christ and active with the friends she made on the church's Meals on Wheels program.
Mrs. Cobb is survived by her daughter, Jan Johnson and her husband Fred; son, Jerry Lallemand; grandchildren, Christian Bottorff and his wife Robin, Whitney McElyea and her husband PJ, McKinley Johnson, Gene Lallemand, Joey Rowe, Preston Rowe; great-grandchildren, Annelise McElyea, Henry McElyea, John Luke McElyea, Chamberlin Bottorff, Lucy Bottorff, Austin Burgess; loving nieces, nephews, long-time friends and neighbors and special family friend, Debbie Johnson.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00 Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Garden of Gethsemane with Bro. Dan Dozier officiating with burial following.
