It is with broken yet profoundly grateful hearts that we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Jessa Hope Gutierrez, born on April 2, 2026, in Nashville. Tennessee. She was a beautiful gift to our family for six incredibly short but deeply cherished weeks before peacefully passing away in the arms of her parents on May 18, 2026.
Though her time with us was brief, Jessa Hope brought an immeasurable amount of love, light, and joy into our lives. She was a bundle of joy who loved being held close and was adored by everyone. Every moment spent with her was a miracle, and her memory will remain etched in our hearts forever.
She leaves behind to love her forever: her parents, Alyssa Steele and James Gutierrez; her big sister, Calleah Marie; her grandparents, Jason Steele and Sandra Gayle Clubbs and Jennifer Hollis; Sandy Clubbs great-grandmother, Lisa Hackney great-grandmother and many loving aunts, uncles, and extended family members. She is greeted in heaven by James and Shirley Steele, her great-grandparents, and Mary Hollis and Larry Hollis, her great-great-grandparents, who are holding her close.
A celebration of Jessa Hope’s life will be held on May 27, 2026. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm- 2:00 pm. Funeral services start at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1150 S. Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, Tennessee 37072. Family and friends are invited to join us as we honor her precious life.
