Joann is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (James) Waters; grandsons, James (Shonda) Waters, III, Corbin (Rachel) Waters; great-granddaughter, Natalie Claire Waters.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Thursday, February 27, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
