He was preceded in death by parents, Orel and Oral Christopher; brother, Joe Christopher; and grandchild, Dylan Christopher.
John is survived by wife, Gail Christopher of 62 years; children, Michael Christopher; and Michelle Christopher; grandchildren, Kelsie (Robert) Swieder; Trace (Grace) Christopher; Abby (Carson) Johnson; and Lena McDaniel; and great-grandchildren; Drew Christopher; Brystol Christopher; Carter Morgan; Derek Morgan; JD Whitaker; Mary Grace Swieder; JR Christopher; and Cole Christopher.
A private service will be held at a future date.
