JACKSON-WALLACE, Katherine Marie “Cokie” age 68, died Ontober 20, 2011. Preceded in death by father, Roy S. Jackson. Survived by mother, Willie Lee Jackson; son, Lowell Mason Wallace, III; sisters, Arla Ruth Jackson and Dixie (Mike) Waggoner; nephew Michael (Kari) Waggoner; great nephew Thaddaios Waggoner. She was a graduate of Goodlettsville High School Class of 1961 and Middle Tennessee State University Class of 1965, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. For several years she taught in Murfreesboro and Nashville school systems. In later years, following her family’s tradition in appreciating antiques, her interests led her into selling antiques and conducting estate appraisals. While possessing many friends, gifts and talents, Cokie’s greatest joy in life was received in rearing and loving her only son, Lowell Mason Wallace, III. Visitation will be at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, TN on Sunday from 1:00 – 8:00 PM October 23, 2011. Services will be on Monday October 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM, with visitation 2 hours prior to the service at Forest Lawn.
