DEBERRY, Kathy Marie Age 53. Born on November 22, 1958 and passed away on July 10, 2012 in Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by her father, Arthur Vernon DeBerry. Survived by her beloved mother, Eva Imogene Ross DeBerry; aunt, Dot Moore; cousin, Thersia Head and special friend, Phyllis Ervin. Special thanks to her friends at Madison Serenity House. Funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Dwayne Tyus on Saturday, July 14th, 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Chapel with visitation Friday from 4-8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at Forest Lawn.
