

Lisa R. Taylor, age 72, passed away on July 8, 2026. Born on November 26, 1953, Lisa devoted her life to the people she loved most. She will be remembered as a caring wife, a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, and someone whose warmth and sense of humor made those around her feel at home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jean Aoun, and her sister, Sheryl Freeman.
Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Terry Taylor; her brother, Michael (Sonia) Archie; her sister, Roxanne Kipler; her children, Carmilla Matthews, Charlie (Jennifer) Matthews, Cynthia Barr, Jennifer Taylor, Mary (Travis) Walker, and Kyle (Britnee) Taylor; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Family was at the center of Lisa's life. She treasured every opportunity to spend time with those she loved, whether that meant traveling to visit relatives or taking trips together to make lasting memories. She had a wonderful sense of humor that could brighten any room and was always happiest when surrounded by family.
Lisa also enjoyed crocheting, a hobby that reflected her patient and caring nature. She found comfort in creating with her hands and took great pride in the things she made. At home, she shared a special bond with her beloved cats, whose companionship brought her great joy through the years.
Those who knew Lisa will remember her kindness, her laughter, and the love she poured into her family. The memories she created and the lives she touched will continue to be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
