Mark Randall Sanders Sr., age 73, of Greenbrier, Tennessee passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024. Mark was born Thursday, September 7, 1950 in Madison, Tennessee and is preceded in death by his parents, Hulon and Winnie Bell Lee Sanders; brothers, Raymond Sanders and David Sanders; sister, Linda Stinson.
A veteran of the US Army Security Agency and retired Car Retarder Operator for CSX Railroad Mark enjoyed fishing, trading cars and watching westerns on television.
Mark is survived by his wife of 54 years, Patricia Sanders; son, Mark Randall Sanders, Jr. and his wife Katrina; siblings, Hulon Sanders, Jr., and wife Betty, Sue Farris and husband Jimmy, Elaine Gengy and husband Keith and Mary Creson.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mark at a visitation Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the 2:00 service on Thursday June 13, 2024 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Gary Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Gethsemane of Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
