Mary Katherine “Kathy” Gammons Glasgow; 76, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017; she was born Tuesday, November 12, 1940 in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee and is preceded in death by her parents Donnie Rex and Pluma Joines Forkum; step-son Michael Glasgow.
A member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church, Mrs. Glasgow is survived by her husband, George; son, Barry (Beth) Gammons; sister, Freeda (R H Buddy) Ryals; grandchildren, Hayley and Zachary Gammons; step-daughters, Cynthia Breidenbach, Marie Glasgow, Diane Glasgow-Layer and Sharon Geyer.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Glasgow at a visitation Thursday March 23, 2017 from 4:00 until 6:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Road Goodlettsville.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to American Lung Assoc., American Heart Assoc., or Room in The Inn.
A celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 Friday March 24, 2017 at Hendersonville First Baptist Church 106 Bluegrass Commons Blvd. Hendersonville with Dr. Bruce Chesser and Rev. Jack Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
