Melba Sue Cox

Mrs. Cox is survived by her children, Jerry Lee (Teresa) Cox, Kerry Kaye Gilbert, Patricia Mae (Larry) Robinson, Walter Vernon (Deborah) Cox; sister, Margie (Larry) Thomas; 7 grandchildren, Nicholas Cox, Kerry Durocher, James Arnold, Chelsey Robinson, Michael Robinson, Anthony Brewster, Jr., Jennifer Flack; eleven great-grandchildren, Brennon Cox, Connor Cox, Dewayne Arnold, Harley Durocher, Chasity Miller, Angel Durocher, Jacob Robinson, Victoria Robinson, Michael Robinson, Jr., Ariel Brewster, Jacob Brewster; and one great-great-grandchild, Brantley Robinson.

Mrs. Cox was a member of Wingate Church of Christ and Smyrna Church of Christ; she retired from Aladdin Company.

A celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 Monday, September 29, in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Bro. Mike Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers are, Nicholas Cox, Anthony Brewster, Jr., Jennifer Flack, Michael Robinson, Sr., James Arnold and Chelsey Robinson.

Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Cox at a visitation Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 1:00 until 6:00 at Forest Lawn.
