Michael Richard Milts, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Milts was born Monday, October 2, 1939 in Girard, Ohio and is preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Catherine Sudac Milts.
Mr. Milts was one who was a devoted family man! He enjoyed swimming, skeet shooting, bass fishing and was multi talented. He parchuted, even to the point of doing stunts in a movie.
Mr. Milts is survived by his wife of 29 years, Mitzi Lee Milts; children, Michael David Milts, Michelle (Rusty) Buck, Nina (Lee) Joines, Nova (Heath) Bland; brother, Robert J. Milts; grandchildren, Scott, Samantha, and Britney.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00 Friday, November 21, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Father John Raphael officiant.
Friends and family will gather at a visitation to remember Mr. Milts Friday, November 21, 2014 from 1:00 until the 2:00 service.
Family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
