Survived by daughters, Kay Butler Housch and Mitzi Lee Milts; son Lelan Taylor Butler, Jr., five granddaughters; four great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons.
Funeral services will be 2:00 Friday in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Todd Teller officiating. Butial will follow in Forest Lawn Memroial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Paul Housch, Lee Joines, Douglass Oliver, Glen Gosse, Shane Arnold and Kevin Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Milts and Heath Bland.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Butler at a visitation Friday Janurary 4, 2013 from 12:00 until the 2:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 S. Dickerson Rd. Goodlettsville, TN.
