Patricia Louise Hudson passed away Friday, June 20, 2014 at St. Thomas Hospital from an unexpected illness with her family by her side.

Patricia was born Wednesday, September 22, 1948 in Nashville, TN., to Clarence and Bessie Reed.

Patricia dedicated herself to taking care of others. Patricia was a very special and precious person on this earth. Her good nature and kindness were contagious. You could tell by being around Patricia for even a short while that she loved everyone and would give anything she had. She loved her family with complete devotion and would never give up on any one of them. She was a patient protector, kind, selfless and never spoke out of anger.

Patricia loved the Lord with all of her heart and was prepared to meet him at the gates of pearls. She touched the lives of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews and friends. Her love was never doubted by any one of her family members or friends. No holiday or birthday will be the same without her cards and special treat bags. She will live in the hearts of those who loved her forever.

Our prayer is that all of us who loved her will strive to love as she did, unconditionally. Dearest mother we love you and cannot wait to meet you in heaven one day.

A celebration of life will be held at 175 Riverview Rd., Mt Juliet, TN 37122 on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 3:00pm.
