Paul was born November 20, 1928 in Joelton, TN to Otha and Lillian Neal.
After serving 20 years in the US Navy, Paul retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Following his retirement he began working as a repairman for office equipment products.
Paul is survived by his wife Myrl; son Steve Neal; daughter Paula Musgrave; stepdaughters Fay Morgan and Traci Whit; grandchildren Charlie and Casie Floyd; great grandchildren Tony Slater, Jake Farley, Alexander Floyd, Paine Floyd and Landon Floyd.
