Raymond Allen Harris entered into rest December 4, 2016 at the age of 85. He was born May 4, 1931 in Davidson County, TN. The son of the late, Thomas Allen and Eula Belle Harris. Preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Eileen Harris; brothers, Edward, Clyde, Donald Harris; sisters, Mary Loreese Sloan, Hattie Ruth Capps and Betty Raklois.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy Smiley; brother, Thurman Harris (Alma); sister-in-law, Dot Harris; stepdaughters, Pam Kuhns (Jeff) and Sandra Austin; step grandchildren; loving and caring niece, Joyce Sloan Hitchcock; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2pm Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Matthew Hiatt officiating. . Visitation with the family will be held 2 hours prior to the service at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
