Preceded in death by parents Harold and Mable Becker; and brother James Becker.
Survived by wife Barbara M. Becker; children Christopher Becker, Lorene Becker, Ron Morris (Andrea), and Perry Morris (Ginger); grandchildren Peyton, Katelyn, Sesley, Chase, and Mary; many great-grandchildren; and brother William (Sue) Becker.
Richard retired from the federal government after 27 years with the Department of Housing and Urban
Development. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather with wisdom beyond his years.
Celebration of Life will be Monday, Feb.19 at 12pm. Family will receive friends Sunday, Feb. 18 from 2-6pm
and one hour before the service on Monday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
