Survived by loving wife of 57 years, Barbara Faulk; sons, Dean Lewis, Bobby Lee (Lisa) and Earl Wayne (Renee) Faulk; sisters, Ira Bell "Sis" Foulk and Judy White; brothers, George "Bud" and Jimmy Wayne Faulk; grandchildren, Little Dean, Charlie, Michael, Little Bobby, Tiffany, Keith and Amber; many great-grandchildren; pets, Chi-Chi and Fergie.
Tip was a member of Inglewood United Methodist Church. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, at Eastland Chapel, with pastors Jack Keller and Scott Eldridge officiating. The Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, 4:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday, 10:00 am until service time at 1:30 pm.
