Sheila Yvonne Green, age 78, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023. Sheila was born Sunday, December 3, 1944 in Owensboro, Kentucky and is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil L. and Lavonne Logsdon Norris; sister; Rita Wiles; brother, Eric Norris; great-granddaughter, NaTavionna Tresler.
Sheila retired from the Post office after 17 years as a clerk. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, William Joseph "Joe" Green; sister, Robbin Keef, daughter, Biancha Tresler, son, Darak Howlett; grandchildren, Destini Tresler and her husband, Marce Lunsford, Jr., Kneali Ryman; great-grandchildren, Keith Lunsford, JaTavious Lunsford, Taniya Lunsford, Tavion Lunsford, Jaylin Gregory, Kaebryn Ryman, Kaedence Ryman.
A Gathering of Friends will be Friday, May 12, 2023 from 3:00 until 5:00 followed by a Celebration of Life at 5:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
