Sherry Darlene Nichols, Age 58, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at her home in Nashville, Tennessee after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving mother of Amber and Jay Nichols. Sherry was born in Nashville, Tennessee on September 28, 1957. She was the daughter of the late Alvilda and Howard Newman. Sherry worked for Wholecare Connections for 11 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and did so every chance she got. Sherry was a strong, beautiful, caring, and loving person. She loved animals and took care of many of her own. Sherry always enjoyed cooking and her football Sundays, cheering on the Tennessee Titans. She will always be loved and remembered, never forgotten. Sherry was survived by her children Amber (Troy) and Jay (Sylvia) Nichols, and her grandchildren Paris, Zayne and Brianna, as well as her siblings Needa, Howard, and Judy.
