Along with her parents, Silma is survived by her daughter, Adrianna Collazo; sons, Chirstopher Anthony Smith and his wife Michele; Damian Jason Smith; sister, Sonia Ryczak and her husband Robert; brother, Ubaldo Collazo, Jr.; grandchildren, Jade Collazo, Sarena Collazo, Kayla Holt and Ava Smith.
A memorial service will be held; date, time and location will be announced later.
