Thelma Cardelia Lewis, age 86, passed away September 3, 2016. Family will receive friends Friday, September 9 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 11am-8pm and Saturday from 10am-11am at Madison Church of Christ with the funeral service at 11am. Family and friends will follow in procession to Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens for the interment.
