Thelma Madoline Moore, age 90, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025. Thelma was born Sunday, March 10, 1935 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Mary Louise and George Washington Randalls.
A homemaker, she is survived by her sons, Ronald L. Moore and Steven E. Moore; sisters, Mary Anderson and Bonnie Cox; grandchildren, Jason, Richard, Jessica and Tristan; great-grandchildren, Isabella, Greyson, Travis, Riley, Peyton, Easton and Maddox.
A visitation for Thelma will be held Monday, October 6, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
A celebration of life will be Monday, October 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM, in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Meditation at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers, Steve Moore, Gary Woods, Mickey Mills, Clark Reasonover, Richard Moore and Ronald Moore.; Honorary are, Ron Elliot, Steve Brown, Jason Moore and Travis Moore.
