Thomas Edward Blackwell, age 76, of Hermitage, Tennessee passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025. Thomas was born Sunday, May 29, 1949 in Tellico Plains, Tennessee and is preceded in death by his parents, Rayburn and Reba Powers Blackwell.
A retired Respiratory Therapist he is survived by his wife, Clorinda Blackwell
