Wanda Sue Jackson, age 71, of Madison, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023. Wanda was born Wednesday, August 13, 1952 in Nashville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, Opie J. and Velma Brooks Cook.
A graduate of Isaac Litton; former employee of Harvey's, The Fraternal Order of Police; a Sunday School teacher, she was one to enjoy singing, collecting angels and playing Bingo.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 20 years, Charles E. Jackson; sister Marilyn George and her husband Ronnie.
A visitation for Wanda will be held Monday, September 25, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
A celebration of life will be Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Hobbs officiating.
Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Garden of Everlasting Life.
