William "Bill" Wilson Vick

Born to the late Emily M. Blevins and John M. Vick, Sr., Bill is also preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Betty Jo; brothers John M. Vick, Jr. and David W. Vick. He is survived by his children Virginia Vick Hanna and Dave Vick (Terri) of White House, TN; grandchildren Kathy Lee, Emily Barnett, Max Hanna, Will Vick; great grandchildren Gavin Lee, Kaitlyn Lee, Camilla Barnett, Caroline Vick, Henry Barnett; and many other beloved family members and dear friends.

Bill was a Goodlettsville High School graduate and retired from South Central Bell Telephone Company. He served in the United States Army and was an outstanding member of his community. Bill always had a positive attitude and smile to give. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

The family of Bill Vick would like to give a very special “Thank You” to Dr. Robert Pilkinton and staff of Richland Place, for their compassion and devoted care.

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again on Friday, February 3rd, to begin at 11:00am.

A celebration of life will occur Friday, February 3rd beginning at 12:00 PM, with interment to follow, all at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill & Betty Vick’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
