Willie B. Ferrell

Ferrell, Willie B., (93) born on December 18, 1918 in Allen County, Ky. He was called home to be with Jesus on February 11, 2012. Preceded in death by his mother and father, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and daughter Beverly Ann (stillborn) and great-grandson Caden Martinez. Survived by his loving wife of 70 years Billie Ferrell, adoring daughter Donna (James) Hinshaw; grandchildren Mark (Lisa) Hinshaw, Stephania (Ron) Martinez, Matt (Kendra) Hinshaw, Brad (Crystal) Hinshaw; great-grandchildren (by age) Christian, Hunter, Jordan, Caylin, Cadynce, Hayley, Brynna, Cason, and Dane. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and his legacy will live on through his daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Willie proudly served his country in the US Army and was wounded in action during World War II. He is a member of the Masonic Lodge. He served as a Deacon at Grace Baptist Church where he has been a member for over 50 years. He was a Master Barber and owner of Ferrell’s Barber shop for many years. Pallbearers will include grandsons Mark, Ron, Matt, Brad and great-grandsons Christian and Hunter. Services will be conducted by Dr. Andre Dugger and Rev. Buddy Ferrell, on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 2pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, TN. With visitation at 1 pm.
