Amy Joleen Eizenhoefer, 44, passed away on June 12, 2026. Amy was a resident of Goodyear, Arizona. Born on November 27, 1981, Amy will be remembered as a cherished presence—steady in her devotion to those she loved, and unmistakable in the warmth she brought to everyday life.
Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Amy grew up alongside her sister and best friend, Amber, and her cousins Jason, Kelly, Becky, and Timothy. She attended Sunset Elementary School and Estrella Middle School, and later graduated from Carl Hayden High School, where she studied Marine Biology. From her earliest years, Amy was known as a happy child, full of wonder—curious about the world and open to the small joys that made it bright.
Amy brought that same diligence and reliability into her working life, serving with Harkins Theatres and Quick Trip in various leadership positions. She was hard-working and dependable, meeting responsibilities with quiet strength and a sincere care for the people around her.
Beyond her work, Amy’s heart was most at home with the people and companions she held close. She loved adventures, traveling, movies, and reading, and she especially loved her family and being the world’s best dog mom. Though private by nature, she carried a surprising tenderness—one that showed itself in the ways she remembered, the ways she cared, and the ways she held onto what mattered.
Amy also understood that life, for all its weight, still makes room for laughter. With a sense of humor that could soften hard moments, she believed the best medicine for life’s absurdities was laughter, a little bit of Elvis, and a four-legged best friend. Her kindness, her spirited love of adventure, and her gentle, good-hearted presence will be deeply missed and long remembered.
Amy is survived by her parents, Robert and Mary Eizenhoefer, and her sister, Amber Martinez.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 South Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Arizona 85338, USA, on July 10, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
