Andrew Keith Wimer

Andrew Keith Wimer, 48, of Goodyear, AZ, died at St. Joseph’s Hospital on September 19, 2026.

Andrew was born in Coon Rapids, MN to Robert and Diane Wimer. He loved the game of baseball in which he played on many different teams growing up. Andrew attended and graduated from Blaine High School, Blaine, MN and Brown Institute, Mendota Heights, MN. He worked in the field of Information Technology Security.

Andrew was united in marriage to Chantelle (Aune) on December 30, 2006. Together they were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Isabelle Christine and Abigail Diane.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Amparo Wimer and Keith and Marian Jackson.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Chantelle Wimer, daughters Isabelle and Abigail Wimer, parents Robert and Diane Wimer, sister Suzzette Shweiky, Aunt Tamara Jackson, Mother and Father-in-law, Mary and David Aune, brothers and sisters-in-law Kevin and Danette Peterson and Brian and Brianne Henkel and nephews Abe Shweiky and Johan and Harmon Peterson, and cousins Claire, Charlie and Will Benning. He will be missed by several additional cousins, aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, October 1st at 10:00 am with a visitation 30 minutes prior to the service. Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ.
