Delia Quinones

Delia Quinones, age 72, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, surrounded by love. Born on May 16, 1953, Delia was a lifelong Phoenix resident and a proud graduate of Phoenix Union High School, where she served as Class Secretary.

She is survived by her mother, Ramona Quinones, and the love of her life, Joey Quihuiz. Delia was a beloved sister to Joe Quinones, Cindy Quinones, Danny Quinones, and Rick Quinones. She leaves behind her daughters, Dolores Rodriguez, Velina Ruelas, and Josie Rodriguez, who will continue to honor her memory.

Delia was a proud grandmother to Amber Arellano, Taylor Rodriguez, Gabriel M. Ruelas, Jr., Jordan Nunez, Dominic Ruelas, Alexis Rodriguez, Breanna Lewis, and Andrew Lewis. Her legacy also includes her great-grandchildren, Penelope Vizcarra, Luna Arellano, Noah Arellano, Ava-Monae Ruelas, Ayla Lynn Ruelas, Aria Ruelas, Wrex Paramo, Gabriel M. Ruelas III, Matthew C. Ruelas, and Ielani Hernandez.

Delia's legacy lives on through the lives she shaped, the values she passed on, and the countless memories shared with those closest to her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
