Diana Labadie, 82, of Goodyear, Arizona, passed away on August 12, 2026. She was born Diana Potter on June 11, 1944, in Ohio, the oldest of twelve children. Diana was very passionate about supporting her family and friends.
In 1963, Diana married the love of her life, Lynn Charles Labadie. Together they built their life and raised their family in Riverview, Michigan. In 2006, Diana and Lynn began splitting their time between Michigan and Arizona to be closer to their children. In 2014 they made Arizona their full-time home.
Diana is survived by her son, Charles “Chuck” Lynn Labadie, and her daughter, Wendy Marie Norman, along with her four beloved grandchildren: Chris, Dylan, Nick, and Savana.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lynn (who served four years in the US Army), passed on March 31, 2019, along with many other cherished family members and friends. Diana has now joined them in heaven, reunited once again. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Hope’s Closet Thrift Store, in support of survivors of domestic and sexual violence — a place where Diana loved spending time finding small treasures and connecting with the caring staff.
