She was born February 24, 1930 to Antonio Chavira and Lupita Chavira in Los Lunas, New Mexico.
Francis accomplished the rearing and raising of a fantastic family who in return adored their mother.
She is survived by her daughters Rosemary P. Villegas, Diane L. Cole, Dorothy E. Schmidt, and Dolores M. Jackson; sons, Pete I. Villegas and Robert W Villegas; sisters, Ramona Cohen, Mary Ann Poulter, and Lourdes Lopez; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 27th at Thompson Funeral Chapel. Committal services will be held on Tuesday, June 30th at 9:00 am at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ.
