Glenn was a man of quiet strength and immense kindness, known for his big heart and boundless love. He was married to the love of his life, Linda for nearly 20 years. His favorite color was green, reflecting his vibrant spirit and zest for life. He had a special fondness for black bears and delighted in the companionship of pet dogs throughout his life. His enthusiasm for old country music and classic John Wayne movies revealed his appreciation for timeless traditions and simple pleasures. He relished Twinkies and an assortment of junk food, embodying a love for life’s indulgences.
A proud graduate of St. Anthony's High School in Lancaster, PA, Glenn enlisted in the United States Air Force on March 12, 1971. His service took him across the globe, including Greece, Germany, Japan, and Hawaii, where he was stationed as Security Police. He retired from the Air Force on December 14, 1985, having achieved the rank of Technical Sergeant (TSGT, E6). Throughout his career, Glenn earned numerous medals and decorations, a testament to his dedication and bravery.
Glenn's favorite holiday was Christmas, a time when his eyes would light up with joy and his laughter would fill the room. His love for shopping and his ever-present smile reflected his warm and engaging personality. Though he was often quiet, those who knew him well understood the depth of his love and his unwavering willingness to help others. His stubbornness was always tempered by his lovable nature, making him a cherished presence in the lives of many.
Glenn's legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends, who remember him as a man who lived fully and loved deeply. He leaves behind a legacy of service, kindness, and a life lived with joy and laughter.
Glenn is survived by his daughter Raven Keller; his son Anthony Keller; daughters-in-law Amy and Michelle; and his grandchildren Tabitha, Taryn, and Jared. Glenn is also survived by four great-grandchildren, his extended family, and friends.
Glenn was preceded in death by his wife Linda Keller; his son Eric Keller; his father Henry Howard Keller and his mother Helen Cecilia Moser.
A celebration of Glenn's life will be held at a future date, providing an opportunity for all who knew him to honor and remember him. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice that supports veterans or animal welfare, reflecting Glenn's enduring compassion.
